These terms govern your use of AI ReplyMate. By creating an account, you agree to them.

AI ReplyMate is operated by Jitendra Khadoliya, an individual sole proprietor based in India (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Invite teammates rather than sharing credentials.

2. Acceptable use

• No spam, scraping, or abusing the rate limits.
• No illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• No bypassing tenant isolation, security headers, or billing limits.

3. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, handles returns, and collects and remits applicable sales taxes and VAT. Your invoice and card statement will show a charge from Paddle.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Unused token quota does not roll over. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. No SLA on free trials.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI responses are generated from your knowledge base and are not legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing what the AI says on behalf of your business.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel any time — your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of India.
